Training & Feature Reminders

For faculty or staff who may be new to using Aquifer, they can begin getting up to speed with our Getting Started Guide with tutorials and video guides for key features and functions in your Aquifer account.

If you are already using our cases, remember that the searchable case library can help you search across courses by diagnosis, presenting problem, system, and more to find the cases you need to fill gaps. Our custom course feature is available to help you build courses and assign cases to individual students or groups.

Support Expectations

As a nonprofit organization, our staff is small and so we make this offer knowing we, too, are limited in the amount of personalized curriculum training we can offer your faculty to integrate new virtual patient cases into their curriculum.  We have extensive support resources available online for new and experienced users. Additionally, we ask that you draw on your experienced faculty already using Aquifer courses at your school to help introduce Aquifer cases in new courses.  We’re standing by to help, but you may experience longer than usual response times by our dedicated but limited staff.
