Chief People Officer
Jennifer, joined Aquifer in March 2021 and has responsibilities for human resources operations and people strategy. She has over 20 years of extensive human resources administration and executive experience in health care and higher education. Jennifer brings with her a passion for people, academics, health care, and building human resources initiatives and strategies that maximize the strengths, talents and potential for everyone in the organization. Jennifer received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from St. Michael’s College and her Master’s Degree in Management (concentration in Health Care Administration) from New England College.
Jennifer lives in Northern Vermont with her husband and three boys and enjoys reading, spending time with family, and volunteering in her community.
