VPAT Access

Our 2026 Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) reflects conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA as of the date of publication.

If your institution would like a copy for review, please request access by completing the following steps:

  1. Go to Aquifer’s Trust Center at trust.aquifer.org

  2. Click on the link at the bottom left under "Resources" entitled VPAT - Aquifer Accessibility Conformance Report - 2026. 

    Then fill in your information in the pop-up window.

    The default is limited access to the VPAT (or any other resource you might have requested). You can change this to full access (or switch to a different resource) as needed.

  3. When you submit this via the "Request Access" button at the bottom, you'll get an approval pending notification.

  4. Once the Aquifer team has approved your request, you will see an email with a link to access the Trust Center. Note this email will come from Vanta, with the subject "Aquifer has shared their Trust Center with you."

    >> If for any reason you have a pressing need for this approval, please make sure your relationship manager knows, or reach out to support@aquifer.org to prioritize this request. 

    Be sure to check your "updates" or other sorted inbox categories if you're not seeing this email after it was approved.

  5. The email you receive will have a list of the resources that were approved, and a link to access them. Note that you will need this link (complete with your credentials) to access the documents. You can request a new link in the future through the "reclaim access" option at the top of the pop-up if a link doesn't automatically take you to the resource.

  6. NOTE: You will need to sign an NDA the first time you access the Trust Center after approval was given. This is true even if your Relationship Manager made the request and approved access. After that, you will be able to access the VPAT and other approved resources.
