Matthew Perkins

Matt joined Aquifer in February 2021. As the Marketing Automations and Media Specialist, he is responsible for orchestrating and optimizing automated marketing campaigns and producing marketing media assets that drive engagement, nurture leads, and enhance customer experiences. Before joining Aquifer, Matt was an instructor and program coordinator at the Nashville Film Institute. Previously, he was a Graduate Teaching Fellow at UCLA, as well as an adjunct professor of Communications at CSU-Dominguez Hills. He holds a B.A. in Communication Arts and French from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and an M.A. and C. Phil in Cinema and Media Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. Originally from Hanover, NH, Matt lives in Nashville, TN, with his wife and two dogs. He enjoys kayaking, hiking, and traveling with his family. In his spare time, he is working on producing his first documentary film. He is also a podcast producer and host, and the editor-in-chief of an online college football magazine.
