Gabriell Darby brings 15 years of leadership experience in education, technology, and assessment to her role as Chief Success Officer at Aquifer. She leads the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, aligning them around a shared commitment to client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership success. A former collegiate educator, Gabriell began her career in the classroom before transitioning to the education technology and credentialing space, where she has dedicated her career to improving how learning and assessment organizations serve their stakeholders. She is passionate about ensuring every Aquifer client receives exceptional value, service, and support—translating complex needs into practical, high-impact solutions that drive both organizational and learner outcomes. Prior to joining Aquifer, Gabriell served as Vice President of Customer Success at Meazure Learning, where she built cross-functional strategies that improved retention, operational efficiency, and client engagement across hundreds of professional and academic programs worldwide. When she’s not collaborating with teams and partners, Gabriell enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cheering on fall football games, and exploring the outdoors.
