COVID-19 Response for Non-Aquifer Subscribers:

Eligibility

This offer is intended to serve North American nurse practitioner and residency programs, and English speaking international medical programs who do not currently have an Aquifer institutional subscription. Other programs are welcome to submit a request, which we will carefully review to ensure we are able to provide quality service and support to your students. Aquifer has a small, dedicated staff and we reserve the right to limit participation if your program requires supporting a number of learners that exceeds our capacity, does not align with our curricular standards, or otherwise exceeds our support capabilities.

Access Timing

This application will remain open until May 7th at 3pm.

Our small team is working hard to provide access to your program as soon as possible. Please be patient as our small non-profit organization and limited staff stretch to meet the high demand for access during this critical time. Our goal is to provide access within 2-3 business days.

Submitting Your Request for Access

Please use Google Chrome on a laptop or desktop computer to submit this application. You will receive a confirmation email after the successful submission of your form. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes and have submitted the application via Google Chrome, please email newsubscriptions@aquifer.org.

View our list of current subscribers to see if your program already subscribes to Aquifer. We know that at large programs with different sites and a range of courses, you may not be aware that Aquifer is used by your program for another course.
- Please note that separately-accredited health professions programs at the same institution cannot share an Aquifer account. For example, if the undergraduate medical school has an institutional Aquifer account, the nurse practitioner program at the same home institution is required to have a separate account and could apply for free learner access below. A nurse practitioner, residency, or other separately-accredited programs cannot share a medical program’s subscription.

This content is being provided free of charge by Aquifer through June 30, 2020, in support of the extraordinary learning disruption presented by the COVID-19 outbreak.
Free learner access is provided to individual students, faculty, and staff at your program through June 30, 2020. Please note that this does not include administrative reporting, user management, custom courses, and other tools provided with institutional subscriptions.
I understand that I am under no obligation to subscribe to Aquifer after June 30, 2020. If I wish to continue to use the content after that date I will need to purchase a subscription.
